Shipping & Delivery

At AnlarVo, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.

 

 

 

U.S.A. SHIPPING RATES

  • Economical: Matson ocean shipping+ UPS/FedEx pickup, door to door service, shipping time is about 20~25 days. Free shipping by Economical on order amount over $200.
  • Standard: special line shipping, door to door service, shipping time is about 8-15 days, shipping rate is $80 under order weight is 1kg to 5kg.
  • Expedited: UPS, Fedex or DHL express shipping, door to door service, shipping time is about 5-10 days, shipping rate is $100 under order weight is 1kg to 5KG.

 CANADA SHIPPING RATES

  • Economical: ocean shipping, door to door service, shipping time is about 25~30 days. Free shipping by Economical on order amount over $200. 
  • Standard: special line shipping, door to door service, shipping time is about 8-15 days, shipping rate is $90 under order weight is 1kg to 5kg.
  • Expedited: UPS, Fedex or DHL express shipping, door to door service, shipping time is about 5-10 days, shipping rate is $120 under order weight is 1kg to 5KG.
  • Please note if your delivery is going to a remote location, Standard and Expedited shipping does not apply.
Shipping Restrictions
  • Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered beyond points. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
  • We only ship to once address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking Information
  • Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email.
  • Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
  • Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
  • Deliver station will attempt to deliver your package once. If no one is at home, your package will be delivered to the nearest express station (the location will be indicated to you via message).
  • You are responsible for picking up the package from the express station. The express station will hold items for 15 days before returning them to the sender. Government issued ID and proof of address will be required when picking up the package. 
  • For any items that are undeliverable or returned to Sender due to addressing errors, or packages that are Returned to Sender because they are refused at point of delivery or not picked up from appointed express station within fifteen business days, we will provide a refund deducted shipping fees. All shipping fees, including any additional return shipping fees, will be deducted from the refund amount. A restocking fee may also be charged at the discretion of AnlarVo.
Lost or Stolen Packages
  • If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your community mailbox, with property managers, or apartment office.
  • We will always do our best to assist you, but AnlarVo does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the delivered express to discuss the issue and file a claim with them directly. 
Taxes
  • All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to.
Redirecting an Order
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been processed. 
Damaged Items
  • We package all items with as much care as possible to ensure items don’t arrive broken but sometimes damages do occur to fragile items during shipment. If this occurs, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a picture of the damaged items as well as how the box arrived, and we will provide you with a store credit!

Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products! You must have the same life concept with Anlarvo. We guarantee the quality of our products 100%, so there will be no replacement or refunding.

If it is really a quality problem, remember to take photos and confirm with us in 48 hours after you receive the good, then send to designated warehouse after approved. We refuse to receive the returned goods that didn't paid the postage. Please return in original packaging, we will send you a new set in 48 hours after we receive and check the returned goods.
